Immerse yourself in Switzerland’s most beautiful landscape

The Muggio Valley is the southernmost valley in Switzerland and is home to nine rustic villages. In 2014, the “Swiss Foundation for Landscape Protection” declared the valley to be Switzerland’s most beautiful landscape. Starting from Lugano, Capolago or Mendrisio, we will visit the Cavallini winery, an agricultural business based in this charming region. Throughout the trip, our guide will tell us the secrets of the region. Here, we will taste their wine. Afterwards, we will visit Bruzella Mill with its ancient millstone, which has been fully restored and in operation since 1996, where a typical Ticino lunch of “polenta and valley cheeses” awaits us. We will then return to Capolago, where we will arrive at 3:30 p.m. Those wishing to do so will have the opportunity to visit Monte Generoso at a special price. Meanwhile, for those wanting to return to Lugano, our scheduled time of arrival at the train station is 4 p.m.
